The former driver needs to be reimbursed fully and correctly for his/her electricity costs before a transfer is possible. Therefore, the assignment of a specific Fuel & Charge card to a different driver in the Registration Portal is only possible after a waiting period of 6 months. The fleet manager should apply for a new Fuel & Charge card for the new driver.
