Can the reimbursement amount be changed in retrospective, e.g. the kWh-price of the private electricity contract changed?

Once the initial data-entry has been approved by the fleet manager, the electricity tariff can only be changed for future dates (via "add additional electricity tariff). Therefore, the driver should update the tariff once a (future) change is known (e.g. in case of change of electricity supplier /tariff modification, etc.).
