When installing the app from the app store, you are given the option to register an account and link your BP/Aral Fuel & Charge card to your account. If you instead choose to use the app in public mode, you can still register at any time from the main menu.
As a registered and logged-in user you can:
- View tariff information for the charging stations in our network
- Start/stop charging sessions via the app (‘Remote Charging’)
- Save your favorite locations on your account
- Save your vehicle model on your account
- See your e-mobility account ID (EMAID) on the main menu(may be required for receiving technical support from charge point operators.
The information stored on your account can be restored when switching to a new smartphone by simply logging in to the app.
The registration of an account requires you to provide your active company e-mail address, set an individual password, and link your active BP/Aral Fuel & Charge card by entering its card number and expiry date.
