While charging is active, you will not be able to remove the charging cable as the cable is mechanically locked to your vehicle connector and the outlet at the charging station. This prevents unauthorized interventions and theft of your charging cable.
The mechanism will automatically be released when the charging session is stopped using the same Fuel & Charge card which was used to start the charging, or by using the app if it was used to start the session.
