If you experience any technical issues with your charging session, please contact the charge point operator directly. Their contact information can usually be found on a label on the charging station.
Please have the following information ready to give to the operator when you contact them:
- Your eMobility Account ID (EMAID), which you can find in the main menu of the app when you are logged in.
- The charge point number (EVSEID), which can be found directly at the charging station or on the location details in the app.
For further help on finding alternative charging stations, your charging transactions, or invoices, please contact the BP/Aral customer centre. Please have your Fuel & Charge card number and its expiry date ready.
